  Me and my husband have never sewed anything and had so many novice questions, but Susan was very nice and walked through the store with us helping us picking out needed supplies. Whenever we come in we always receive great customer service whether it be help with fabric or using coupons. Thank you.

  Extremely disappointed at the lack of helpfulness from the employees. Asking for help is like pulling teeth at....a customer shouldn't have to convince store employees to help them look for something or look something up.
